We offer a niche, performer-centred approach delivering true development and continual sales performance improvement. Our Sales Performance Coaching can either be built around specific deliverable engagements or we can work with you on an ad-hoc basis to provide continuity and progression.
Sales skills can be taught and show many benefits. However, for optimum results the ‘skill’ needs to be matched with the ‘desire’ to change. Individual follow-up coaching from an independent party is also a fundamental step in the process of shifting behaviour.
Following initial positioning conversations with the participant and where appropriate, their sponsor, a confidential way forward is agreed between mentor and client.
